Our Chef

Shani Kleynhans

was born in Port Elizabeth in 1980, grew up in Hankey and always dreamed of being a chef. After travelling around the world for 12 months, Shani joined Three Fat Fish in Jeffrey’s Bay to study in-house under Brent Mills. Her favourite chef is Heston Blumenthal and she admits, “My love for travelling probably led to my insatiable passion for experimenting in the kitchen!”
